My friend and I stayed here because we were going to a concert at BMO stadium and wanted to be relatively close to the venue as well as the airport. I am a very patient person and I really try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt but this place was absolutely not worth the price. The room was dirty, with hair and dust on the surfaces as well as marks all over the walls and doors. On top of this, the shower didn't quite work, where we had to shove in the handle to turn on the hot water and then were unable to turn it off. There were no towels so we had to go back to the front desk to get some. Honestly, the best part was the free beer left by the previous guest in the fridge. The man at the front desk was nice, but not very helpful and returning our second night the key wouldn't work, so we had to go get it fixed which the man said every night the keys reset? I guess it was not what I was expecting and paying over $300 for two nights I hoped for a lot more.

My friend and I felt unsafe. At first it was cool but we left to go get toiletries and when we came back there was a random van blocking our parking spot to which they moved immediately when they us as if they know if it was our spot. The dude in the van looked at another dude who was just hanging around and when my friend and i walked upstairs… the guy started following us!! My friend and I literally ran to the room and put the mini fridge in front of the door as well as sleep with a switchblade knife. Scary stuff

The window in the bathroom did not lock, making it unsafe to stay in. The room smelled horrible and there were stains all over the bed. The furniture was broke. The room overall was dirty. We did not end up staying.

Room was massive. But blanket was a sheet. Asked for a 20 dollar cash deposit for my room key to bought it was weird but I did get it back. Paid 140 dollars for the room which I thought was highway robbery for the location. But that is my only complaint.

Warming! Bed bugs!
We booked hoping they had improved. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one because found a bed bug in a "clean, fresh" sheets we requested after we had already stayed one night.
