I really liked how seamless the check in/out is, how friendly the staff are, and how accessible transportation was! Overall it was a lovely place to stay, unfortunately there was an active police situation during one of my nights there.

When I initially booked my stay at this hotel, I booked it for the convenience (we were seeing a show in the theater in the same building). I havent spent much time in downtown L.A. so I admittedly wasn't expecting much. I was so wrong!! This hotel is amazing! It has a very urban, industrial feel to it. Very cozy and comfy. The room felt both vintage and chic. It included a white noise machine (which I really appreciated), dimmable lights, a cozy bed and a great space that made us feel very comfortable. Sauced- the rooftop wine bar was a whole vibe. Very laid back with a beautiful garden and open patio with a breathtaking view of the city. The bar downstairs by the lobby had the same laid back vibe and great ambiance. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay @ Stile DTLA. It was my first time at STILE. (I had stayed at various ACE hotels prior). Wonderful staff made me feel welcome. Answered all my questions. Room was cute and definitely demure. I absolutely loved it. Thank you for the upgrade as well! Icing on the cake. I will be back in December for my bday getaway. I really love the area and the ability to walk around to great shops and restaurants which is tough in LA. I give it 10/10!

Clean, efficient, funky, cool retro and industrial edge to the decor, good for the price, walkable to big venues (LA Live-arena, theater, convention complex), Grand Central Market, Little Tokyo, and more. Check-in is very efficient with keypads, a bit impersonal but appealing to the introvert or person short on time. Decor was creatively chosen and very “on-trend”, but design and fixtures of the room, while sufficient, were slightly sparse, purposefully minimalist crossed with a hybrid of retro/industrial/rustic.

This hotel is located in an area where I was uncomfortable traveling solo. The hotel offered suggestions for public parking that were unavailable. Additionally, the check in process was via text only and included uploading driver’s license and credit card information. The customer service was limited to electronic communication only. No staff were available to assist me.
