Or be right in the middle of all the summer activity the Village offers, from hiking, biking and horseback riding to free outdoor movies, concerts and more. This unit features a comfortable king bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and extra sleeping on the living room pull out sofa. Be Aware!! Go Elsewhere!
The unit was listed as "Penthouse". It was a basic unit with outdated furniture. But the most important reason why you should avoid this rental is because the owner of the property listed will attempt to fraudulently charge you more money for damages that did not occur during you stay. This happened to us. We stayed there for three nights, and were charged an extra 996.12 (almost $1000 extra) for damage that did not occur during our stay there. Our advice to you is to videotape the whole unit upon entry, and to do the same before you depart. This will prevent Teresa Clark from scamming you and others.

Three 60+ yo on fishing trip. The sofa pullout was not good (especially for an old guy!) We were there “off time” (October), and drove up a full sized truck. If underground parking lot was full, it wouldn’t have worked.
