Check in was friendly. Room was clean but in need of repairs. Tiles in kitchen area, mould on grout on bathroom tiles. My husband fixed the loose toilet seat. Minor repairs could enhance overall appearance and a higher charge rate for the room. Ok for one night.

I made a booking and arrived shortly after midnight to check in after i was attending a concert. The building was locked, nobody was in the reception building, and i called every after-hours number displayed on the entrance but nobody responded. We had to drive to a mate's house to stay for the night, and I'm trying to get a refund for the booking since we never actually got to stay at the motel

Right in the heart of Kew shopping district, close to Kew schools. Rooms were clean, secure and tidy. External needs maintenance and cleaning. Friendly reception and plenty of parking.

The unit was ideal for what we wanted at the price we were prepared to pay. The building was very run down. Cups were very mismatched and small. To small to use for tea and coffee . Had to go buy cups. Linen was old and dirty he rooms smelt musty. There was mould. As I said you get what you pay for. I could put up with this but others in our group were not that impressed.

Beaumont appears to be located on several buildings. We stayed in two. First was run down (marketing said newly renovated) and the lack of cleaning, disintegrating ironing board cover and leaking shower didn't help. Office woman waspvely and agreed to us having a second room. This one, in another building and some distance (across major intersection) away was being reclassified so we were greeted with scaffolding and protective material on all walls of the lift. On the eighth level the wind howling through the premises made loud and unnerving noises. A friend who had booked a room there because I was staying there wouldn't stay there because it was so bad and she had a late seventies person with her. I hope she/they get the refund she/they requested. The location is brilliant and the beds were clean, fresh and very comfortable. Bathrooms were fine except for the leaking shower

I stayed @ the Beaumont Hotel 4 6 weeks, as my home was being prepared 4 & then 4 sale. It was very convenient 2 my home in Kew. On-site parking was essential (w clearways nearby). It was gr8 having a kitchens & a good-sized bathroom. Only downside were some of the neighbours in the adjacent room. U can’t pick your neighbours, however, arguing in the middle of the night is very disruptive! 😌🌸

Great location near Kew Junction Tram stop. Close to St Vincent’s Private Hospital, can walk there in 5 mins. Linen good, very clean. Bed a bit saggy and uncomfortable. Kitchenette good, everything available to cook a light meal, breakfast etc. the inner extra door lock was broken which was a bit disturbing. I piled up some furniture in front of it just to be aware if some broke in. My room next to the stairs was really noisy. No elevator up to my room. Or I wasn’t told of one. Which would not be good for some people who have disability or the elderly. Bathroom and floors quite clean. Plenty of soap, shampoo etc and tea& coffee sachets. 2 supermarkets close by, maybe 200m walk Overall basic but functional and suitable got my day surgery at St Vincent’s Hospital Kew

I am staying at the Beaumont Hotel, Kew, while my home is on the market. It's very convenient to my home in Kew and has all that I need for a 6-week stay (kitchenette, living, bathroom). There are signs that the property could be refreshed eg carpet, window sill deteriorated, lock on window not very secure, no fly screen on window. You can't choose your neighbours in a hotel, but at one point, I had terrible neighbours next door - constantly arguing - into the early morning.

Convenient location. Didn't like disturbance & noise outside my door at odd hours due to what I would describe as tenants in supported accommodation. Had to defrost the fridge/freezer in order for fridge door to seal!!! Found old icecreams & all sorts in all the ice build up.
