Jodie was super attentive and lovely! Some parts of the motel room looked a little olden but nevertheless was still very clean. There was everything you would need - heater/ac, basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, even an ironing board. This is a great place to stay with a shopping centre just across the road

Check in is 2pm but room was not ready when I arrived with 3 young children from a 2.5hr trip at 2:15pm. Thankfully at least it appeared the man tried to "rush" the cleaning staff once I said I was not happy about it. 10 minutes later once we were in, the room stank.

Burwood East Motel was very convenient for my purpose. The room was large and had all expected features. The receptionist, [owner?] Was very friendly and obliging. On my leaving, she had my phone charger out to me before I could get into my car after dropping back my room key. I forgot to pack it and hadn't missed it!!. Thank you. Would recommend this motel.
