Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment was a great size with everything you could need. It was quiet and close to shops. The downside was that the bed and couch may as well have been concrete for how firm they were. As for Frankston - it’s pretty down at the pier but otherwise it feels really dodgy. If you don’t have to stay in Frankston, you’re better off going to Mornington, Mount Eliza or Sorrento.

Convenient motel close to the beach. Easy walk to beach, station, and shops. Rooms clean and well equipped, with comfortable bed, opening window and good air conditioning.
