The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with every request. The cleaning staf were excellent and took great care of our room. The hotel itself is older and doesn't offer much in ammenities, very basic, no guest laundry facilities or a pool. It is a short walk to Cannery Row and the free trolly stops right outside the hotel, so location was good, trolley can take you downtown and Fisherman's Wharf too.

The hotel is older but very clean. Lobby was closed when I arrived around 8pm but key for my room was left in a lock box. Location is walkable to Cannery Row.

Always a great experience and not a far walk to shopping, food and the aquarium. Our second time here and will be back. It is now our go to for our trips to Monterey.
