The family that runs this motel are very pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. For an older motel it was in excellent shape. The area of town was very pleasant also.

Very clean and comfortable. Only thing I could say is the bathroom is very small but was stocked and clean. Water pressure was strong and water was hot. Person at the Front desk was very virtuous and friendly. Would stay here again.

I can't believe how nice this hotel is especially in the Silicon Valley! This is a very clean hotel and I would highly recommend this hotel. The all of the staff is pleasant. This it's very close to Stanford and many restaurants. I've stayed in many places and this is in my top 5.

Arrived and it looked like a nice place. Though the lobby is always locked so that nobody has to cover the front desk. My special requests through the Hotels.com app were ignored as usual. I was given a room that was right in the middle of the wing instead of a bit more private as requested. I asked to move and they allowed me. Next I was in need of ice. There is o e ice machine in front of the lobby. It does not work. I called the desk. He “did not know it was not working”. It looked like it had not worked in quite sometime. Later that evening I wanted to enjoy a cold beverage from the coke machine right in front of the lobby. The only beverage machine. It would not accept bills. Rejected every single one I tried. So no cold beverage. Disappointed over all with my stay. It is a mediocre place but ok for a one night hookup.

Our Housekeeper was especially kind and great personality with my toddler Granddaughter. She had cleaned our room really well. Staff also sanitize and cleaned outside walkway well. Our freezer in refrigerator in room needed defrosted and drawer in dresser needed fixed. Chair needed replaced in room which staff did
