Cosy Cottage
The cottage was perfect for what we needed for the weekend, we were out alot and thought the house may be quite cold upon returning in the evenings but found the cottage surprisingly warm and cosy. It heated up really quickly the night we arrived too. Owners were great with communication and and really helpful.

Great little getaway
The property was exactly what we wanted - cosy and inviting. Only downside what that the spa jets only worked on one side which meant for some awkward sitting. Otherwise everything was lovely. Easy check in and out process!

Lovely and cosy!
We had a lovely stay, enjoyed the short walk to the beach and not far from the village for any supplies. The fire and spa were much appreciated for our winter break. The house was cosy, comfortable and really interesting with all the artwork around! Communication was easy and everything we needed was on hand. Thank-you! :-D

We had a nice stay at this property - the spa, feijoa trees and fireplace were awesome! The beds and rest of the house were comfortable. Place is 10mins walk to the beach which was lovely. The only negative is that the lounge doesn’t get much sun or natural light, but the fireplace made it warm enough. We also had issues when leaving the place not realising that the cleaning fee we paid only covers laundry of linen. This wasn’t mentioned on the website at the time of booking so something to be mindful of if you don’t want a place that requires self-cleaning.

25 Forrest Road is a spacious 3-bedroom one-storey house in a quiet area. The property is well equipped with washing machine etc, and a hot tub outside (which we didn't use). The problem is cleaning, which seems to be partly left to those using the property. It could do with a good dusting and cobweb clearance. We had to wash plates and cutlery before using. Mice raided a suitcase and nibbled chocolate, which necessitated a complete cleanout.

Home away from home
The property is beautiful. We stayed here for a month and enjoyed every moment. The beds were very comfortable hot tub was a very nice to relax in in the evening. There are fruit trees in the back garden. The yard is beautiful. Area is super relaxing. We absolutely loved our time. When we travel back we are hoping to stay here again

Our third stay in this very comfortable cottage in a beautiful garden setting. Short walk to the beach, dairy, cafe, and fish & chips shop. Short drive to large shopping centre. Great support from the hosts! Highly recommended!

Property a bit out of the way but very pleasant for a break away from the rat race. Property set in nature and could hear birds chirping. Had everything you needed for a rustic getaway. Would recommend what you see in the photos is what you get.
