The gym and the pool were great. Nice restaurant. Nice to find a hotel with two double beds in a twin room. Friendly efficient front desk staff. Have stayed there twice and will definitely stay there again

Rooms are very clean & spacious with a comfortable sofa to look out the window. As fridges on economy electricity they are not on when no one in room, having ice machines on every couple of floors would be good as I had to go to the restaurant at the side of the lobby to get some but it melted when we went out. Room needs new top mattress as I could feel the springs and it dipped in toward the middle of the bed when on it.

Great hotel. The only issue we had was at check in time, they couldn’t find our booking and then said it was the wrong day. All was resolved due to having the confirmation email. Beautiful suite with a great view.

the only thing is that room service ends at 9.30pm our experience would be 10.30pm more practical for guests specially with kids over the holiday period. loved the games area - a great way to keep kids entertained in the confines of the building. the staff are awesome from housekeeping to dining

I had a wonderful couple of days with family. Staff were all excellent and willing to help when asked. The only thing I had a problem with was the mattress was too soft for my optimum sleep
