The room was a perfect size for my family, loved the full kitchen and laundry, large dining table and two large sofas. Beds were very comfy, air conditioning worked well and bathroom was clean and adequate. There was no noise from other tenants and the street outside was relatively quiet, a good end of the city. We used the pool which was clean and a good size. The only negative was limited car parks for guests as these are mostly reserved for permanent tenants. The upper level carpark has very steep staircase access to the mezzanine floor, no disabled access so not a suitable carpark for me. I would recommend this accommodation for family groups and anyone who needs a central city location without being in the congested heart of the city.

The location was excellent. We loved the parking of the car arrangement. We felt safe when exiting our car with security cameras around. The room itself was 'tired' but quiet and functional. Recommended by friends and we would definitely come back. Thank you

Convenient to Perth CBD, couple minute walk to free bus service that took you into CBD in 10 minutes. Next door to a convenience store that had a variety of items that were reasonably priced. Free undercover parking.

We stay regularly at Alderney on Hay and as always it was a pleasant stay. Only downside was packing has become an issue as you could not go out at night or you loose your parking spot and have to park on the street. We also froze the first night as there was no aircon remote to switch the aircon down we eventually climb up to switch it off at the wall. Other than that we will stay there again.

Great place to stay if you are going to Optus Stadium. Just a 20 minute walk. Also, parking is secure. The apartment is clean and quiet. Has a fully equipped kitchen if you need it, washer and dryer as well as air conditioning.

Ridiculous to check into, you have to stand in a general store with about 2 square meters of area for their customers from the store and the appartments trying to get help. Then finally get up to the room and it stinks. There was a big wad of hair floating in the toilet bowl. Just gross accommodation

Poor check-in and check-out process. As I arrived after hours I was texted a code. Then hassled the next day by phone to check in. On day of leaving I asked to stay 30 mins past the 10am check out time. Rudely told that would cost $15!!! Never had that in many hundreds of stays. Very unreasonable.
