They have the most friendly accommodating staff there! Each and everyone was super friendly, enjoyable to talk with, helpful and just overall to down to earth great people! The only thing is didn't like was the limited dishes options, not enough refills of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. However upon request you can pick up more at the front desk. I requested a ground floor unit and was placed a few doors away from front desk and laundry facility area which was great! Also laundry facilities are free in building but no laundry soap available not even to purchase (at least I didn't see it anywhere?)

The. Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms were nice size, with a separate sitting area, small kitchen and desk. Bed was fine. Negatives: Hard to regulate heat in bedroom. My wife was cold all night. Strange system that sucks air out of the sitting room where the heater is located into the bedroom. Problem is that the fan blows right on the bed actually making it colder. We were told that there would be coffee in the lobby at 6 AM but when I went down for it, they said they were out of filters. Really?
