Missing Bear From Japan
Floors were dirty TV didn’t work but the highlight was my daughter left her Teddy Bear there under the covers when we checked out. Called front desk to tell them. I told them that the bear was bought in Japan and it was near and dear to her. They checked to see who cleaned the room. She didn’t see it. They called me back that they didn’t find it. I then told them that it could be in the pile of bed linen in the laundry room . They checked the next day and lo and behold the Bear was there. They bagged and tagged it and a relative was able to go and get it. They went above and beyond to look for this Bear that held sentimental importance to my daughter. Thank you all that participated in the search for the missing Bear from Japan

The room had very bad mold smell. Room was very dirty, the bathroom door was broken with hairs on the floor. We had to move out next day as it was impossible to stay. The front desk staff was very courteous and assisted with a smooth checkout process.

The front desk clerk Christian had the personality of a wet mop. No help at all. The room stunk of mildew. No pots or pans or dishes you had to request them. Ridiculous since the pointnif getting a room like that was to be able to cook. Called for the items never received them. Then the daynof check out at 9:30 housekeeping is banging on my door. Not cool will never recommend this property

Our room had a heavy cigarette odor even tho it was a non smoking property. Other than that the room was okay considering we booked last minute on a weekend with an air show in town. I would book again if the nicer hotels had nothing left but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The AC did not work. I asked to be moved. Front desk said there were no rooms available. He suggested opening a window that was sealed then said sleep with door open. After 2 hours I packed and went to Holiday Inn down the street.

The property was a little run down for $135 a night. The staff was nice and professional to some extent. Not many options for dining in the area. The grab and go breakfast was bad. There was limited coffee and not refilled on time. The grounds were not maintained propey. Trash under the stairwell. I could go on...
