Upon checking in, room given smelled and restroom was dirty. Moved to another room, which resulted with roaches! Housekeeping is not consistent. very dirty!!!!!

We got there a little late so we were tired when we walked into our room it immediately smelt horrible, the air conditioner didn’t work. Went down to the office. The staff was really fantastic. They switched our room immediately. Second room we went into, air conditioner worked fine, room did not smell. The door handle was jiggly almost felt like it was gonna come off, The carpets almost felt sticky, the handle in the shower came off, there was mold on the ceiling, there was a cricket in our room that wouldn’t shut up, a spider bit my leg, and we had to go back every single night to the office to get a new key for our room because none of our keys would open our door. If the staff wasn’t so helpful, I probably would’ve been super pissed.

This is our first stay, we ususally stay with any Hilton properties, but because we weren't here for fun (visiting family in UC San Diego Hospital) and limited on budget, this was the best option with kitchen. Saff were friendly and away from freeway, we were ablle to sleep like there was no tomorrow.. Overall, loved it and will return again. Thank you and mostly to Eugene.

A lot of people that loitered in the parking lot, one night a stranger banged on my door and then proceeded to bang on every door down the hall. It was terrifying! Security just wasn't a priority. Also, I had stayed there for 16 days and housekeeping came on my last night! when they finally came, they took my full bag of my soda cans I had been collecting to be able to recycle! I didn't want them to be taken! I was so frustrated!! Also, a lot of people smoked in the parking lot right outside my door and it made the entire are smell really bad. It was an unsafe and scary experience being alone as a single female. I will never stay there again.

There was a lack of professionalism, courtesy, decorum, respect... There was a nonchalant attitude toward any inquiries or concerns brought.. There was also information that should have been disclosed up front.. I,.e. housekeeping. There is definitely work to be done with providing outstanding customer service and overall better experience,. Active listening, Communication, manners.

Expected Better for price
The room had a musty smell, the restroom had an open soap bar and a dirty face towel left behind. The carpet was dirty with spots everywhere. AC worked good, iron good, fridge good. It was quiet and good night sleep.

This is a very dirty property, the office was dirty the rooms were smelly and the bathroom of the room we were given had water damage above the shower. Overall, not a good place to stay. We left after the 1st night. The smell of the room was intolerable.

Pros: It's a convenient location if your work is nearby. The price is lower than other hotels nearby. Cons: The room is old and smell smoke. The AC of some rooms may not work well. Not enough spaces for parking if get back to hotel late. Service Staffs are ok.

We arrived in our room and it has not been cleaned. The staff was rude when we told them that the room wasnt clean. They said they didn't have anyone to clean it and said we can get a refund. But they never refunded us. It's the worst place and horrible customer service. We were left without a hotel room.

Tried three remotes neither of them worked on the television set. The tub was very dirty and black. I wouldn’t even take a shower in it. It was so disgusting. I felt that the whole room wasn’t clean and I would like to have some money paid back because my time they was just horrible.
