We had no idea that property was in labor contract dispute.Hotel staff were under staff and protesters made it very difficult for guest to enter and exit the Hotel!! Safety was a big concern.!!very difficult too get ride sharing. Guest services change daily due to protesters.Hotel staff should have been better prepared !! Hard for me to believe the Hotel did not see this coming!! Very loud and very disruptive dimensration!! Will not stay at that property again!

With a strike going on, we felt uncomfortable. They were loud and near the entrances. The hotel staff did their best to route us to the only opened entrances, remained calm and friendly. But still when we paid that rate we didn’t expect to have to deal with the strike and wished we had been informed of that.

There were protests outside the hotel due to Hilton not paying their employees fair wages. The noise was ongoing until 10pm at night. Non-stop drums and mics. The room itself was very warm. Air conditioning was not working properly. We had it at 62 and it was 82 in the room.

Property facilities are not functioning due to site. Expedia hould not be marketing this hotel. Protesters blocking off entrances for both pedestrians and vehicles. $45 a night to park. Stupid resort fee. Breakfast was frozen. Other potatoes were saturated in grease. Pool has no relaxation area as there are drums sirens and shouting all day and night. Never staying here again.

When we arrived the hotel workers were on strike and they made it difficult to enter the hotel and were so loud banging metal pots, drums and yelling at hotel guest. Hilton posted this on their website so customer had the option to change their reservation but Hotels.com DID NOT !!! I would have never stayed there. The hotel workers were there from 7 am-11 pm making noise. You could hear in your room on the 11th floor. It was Horrible!! No restaurants were open, no room service ect... The employee's that were there were helpful but I support the workers for higher pay. VERY DISSIPOINTED that Hotels.com DID NOT make me aware of the strike so I could have change the hotel.

There was a strike going on that we weren’t notified of or else we would have chosen a different property. Constant noise outside that can be heard in the hotel from the strikers that go from 7 am- 10 pm every single day. You have to walk past all of them to get in and out of the hotel. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the noise, the restaurant had limited options and Starbucks was closed all because of staffing. I tried to get at least a partial refund as I did not get what I paid for and haven’t had success.
