Friendly Staff
Due to my schedule I did not arrive until 10:00. They not only held my room, accommodated my friend's car being in their lot without documentation but they were very friendly while doing it. Breakfast was not bad considering the venue.

The room smelt weird when opening the door. The cleaning staff took away my own white towels which were hanging in the closet. The breakfast sausages were terrible. Overall, the staying in this hotel is not good.

The hotel is newly renovated, and all the amenities are great. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel room is good size with lots of space to relax. The bathroom has a good quiet ventilation fan. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are flat. The Samsung TV was great with all the channels. The breakfast was good, and it was very crowded during our stay. The room keycard provided high security for elevator and stair door entry. For the negatives, we had to pay $24 parking per night. We can hear stumping noises from upstairs and car noise from outside wall - need better floor and wall insulation. During our stay, only one elevator was working.

only 1 elevator was working and it took like 5mins to get on it, sometimes it would stop at different flyand no one is there.maid never came to our room the next morning so had to call down said they would be to clean the next morning but when we got back to the room it still hasnt been cleaned then around 3:30 she finally came to our room when we wanted to rest from our day so we left the room and went down to the lobby fy awhile. our tv had issues trying to change channels didn’t want to work it also kept losing signal and ot had 3 white spots continuously on the screen.

Both room ac didn't work properly and it had a bad odor. The bed were uncomfortable and were not Queen sizes. They were full sizes. The breakfast needs lots of improvement with selection. Not everyone eat pork. The beat part was the check on!! We got the most helpful and energetic staff!!! I paid $2k dor two rooms two nights. Expected more dor the price.

Nice soft warm bedding. Enough space for 6 of us. Nice breakfast included and easy. I could brew my own Peets Cup that I brought in my room. Nice hot shower. Everything I needed. I would stay here again.
