My tub was broken and cracked and my ceiling was leaking above the sink sheets were dirty with biggiret burns in them

The rooms had a potent smell of cigarettes that burned my throat. The bed was dirty, and the towels were dirty. Couldnt stay there.

The room was not as pictured. It was filthy, run down, and just not in good condition at all. There were bugs on the ceiling, and the tv looked like someone tried to open it? Just really poor. I actually left the same night I checked in and stayed somewhere else. I tried asking for a refund even just for the 2nd night of which end I was already checked out for and got nothing.

The property outside perimeter was a haven for the homeless and drug addicts. The room was not to minium hotel standard for the price paid. The bathroom door lock was broken. Towels were dengy and the staff were unresponsive to our needs for cleaning the room and replacing items like towels unless requested. It's not worth the price we paid for an equavancy of a rental flop house. Do not stay there...Expedia remove it from your suggested listings..Save your representation, that I now question. Do better.

Prime location, comfortable bed, nice staff, huge TV. However, I seriously considered sleeping in the car after seeing that parking lot. It didn't seem safe to leave my car there, with all the scatchy characters wandering around. There might have been a homeless and junkie convention in town, or it just gotten so much worse since the last time I was in San Diego. At the end, good value for the money. Highly recommended if you don't plan to park there.

Water pressure was great. The bed was comfy and great television. The room had multiple outlets. However there is a clear homeless issue and they wander all over the hotel. De windows were disgusting. As a women alone I would have instantly booked something else. Airco worked but was extremeley loud, whilst my friend's airco just heated the room more.

My experience was terrible. We got in a room that had a full size bed Only 2 lights next to the bed the rest of the outlets were closed off. Found several long dark hairs not ours. Shower curtain was peeling. Towels had seen better days could see throughout. Toilet seat lose and dangerous. Towel rack of the wall. The room was a closet with a small 2×4 window was opened in hallway. Was told no other rooms available. Ice machine not working( had medicine needed to be on ice). Felt uncomfortable walking outside due homeless people living in the parking lot and on the street. Unfortunately no refund was giving!

Will not stay here again. Thankfully they refunded the remainder of my stay, but this experience was the worst thing to deal with before attending a wedding. The ceiling starting leaking at 6 in the morning. I immediately packed and checked out. Thankfully my bags weren't on the floor so they didn't get wet.
