You have to pay for overnight parking and the front desk staff are don’t know the rate “maybe $20” - well I wish I gad known that when booking the place. What a rip off. At the onsite bistro the breakfast was terrible. Most of the people at the front desk don’t greet you, don’t even look up, when you walk in the door. The place was clean and comfortable, well furnished, with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, even an iron and ironing board. The shower was very nice, but the shower curtain was too short, causing the water to spill out onto the floor. The bed was too soft and squishy for me.

Property was good.I stayed Oct 23 and Oct 24 night. I was asked to pay Parking using scan of Barcode, then, I could not use mastercard to pay, so I scanned three times and I was charged $ 80 instead of $40 for two days for one vehicle. When, I called to office, they said its third party charges, But, when I checked out, I noticed $ 80 charged on my bill. It could have been much better, toilet paper wasn't changed, no way to close our curtains so had to improvise, called front desk about 10 times over the course of the 2 days we stayed and never answered once. Overall cleanliness was alright but no effort to clean the entire room.

Everything was perfect for me. Since i am handicap, most hotels/motels do not provide handicap necessities such as shower chair, easy to shower/detouchable shower head, no tub to climb over just to shower, availability of microwave & refregerator, elevator, automatic front door and staff members were polite & friendly. Good job everyone.

Too much time figuring out someone else's job.
As soon as I entered the room the smell of stale smoke filled the room. I was charged for incidentals and they were unable to reverse the charges. I'm still waiting for them to reverse it. I spent a lot of time on the phone before I got on my flight to Europe. Nobody seems to know why the gentleman at the front desk charged me. The rate was good, but this is a case of you get what you pay for.
