The guy upfront was not helpful at all. Never gave any information about the room, parking or breakfast. Room was clean and the breakfast was ok. I just wish the people at the front desk would provide better customer service

loved it , we got a studio suite with the bay view. beautiful view. the room had its own kitchen with pans, plates, forks. kitchen had a working fridge, microwave, stove and a dishwasher. The only thing that bother us those days we stayed is the smell of the broom , it had a strong smell of pee. besides that i loved the experience and the free breakfast included.

My stay was okay. The hotel staff was attentive and addressed my concerna immediately. I arrived very late. Speedy check in. Received key and went to my room. Upon entering I attending to putting my items away. When entering back into dining area, i noticed what looked like kibble or pebbles (food) on floor in corner. In addition when opening fridge cheese was in butter holder cassette. I addressed my concerns and my room changed. I am most grateful to front desk staff for hearing my concerns and moving me to another room. One other concern. Sinks spill over in bathroom need some attention. Its full of mold.

Very nice hotel.I liked the little kitchen.A really good refrigerator, microwave , stove etc… It would be good place to stay.If your going to be staying a while.The view and area the hotel are beautiful.Nice walking trail.Only down side is finding a place to eat nearby.There a few very small restaurants nearby within walking distance.One very nice Mexican restaurant.One nice think they have is a laundry room.With a washer and dryer.But make sure you have plenty of quarters for the machines.

We were very disappointed we had to wait over 48 minutes at the airport the shuttle didn’t come and pick us up. We Called the hotel many times from the airport to be picked up from the airport. Very rude staff at the front desk Bad customer service front desk staff very very rude. We told the manager about it didn’t the manager didn’t cares.. Very disappointed.😞😞😞😞

Average 3-star hotel. OK location to sleep over. Not all staff members are friendly (better training meeded?). For a deluxe room we rented, not to leave a bottle of water in the room? Really?! $15/night parking fee.
