The hotel was very clean, well cared for, comfortable bed, breakfast was adequate and the evening wine were great. The location is also a plus, just across the street from Golden Gate Park. While the room was very clean and comfortable, the only negative was the room size: small, and limited surface in bathroom to place toiletries. But the positives significantly out weigh the negatives and am planning to stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls were a little thin and we could hear a lot from other rooms and the hallways. We were right by the elevator and we could not hear it. We took advantage of the included breakfast and wine hour. Very nice! We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out so that we could walk around Golden Gate Park for awhile before our flight.

Very classy hotel with great staff. Room was good looking, but there was no air-conditioning. The bathroom toilet roll was located 5 feet from the toilet so that was kind of awkward. The neighborhood was a little bit rough, but could be worse.

Across from GG Park
Location for visiting GG Park is the best. The park is the jewel of SF. Staff was friendly and helpful. For a self serve, free breakfast—it was very good. (After we figured how to silence the TV) A comfortable bed, clean, surprisingly quiet room NYTimes! Wine and cheese at 5 It leans into the 60s for art work. Fun
