Check in was great, he was very friendly and quick. Room was very clean, amenities offered were very nice and plenty of parking options were offered. Lobby was large and plenty of seating for breakfast. During our stay coffee was set up in the lobby yet no hot coffee or hot water was available other than for breakfast. We did ask prior to leaving to our event if coffee is 24/7 and they advised yes. Also no water was available as well, usually there would be lemon infused water in a lobby. When the staff was asked about it he advised he would make some but after three times coming down to the lobby none was made and he said we would have to wait for it in the morning. In all fairness he was busy with late check-ins, but he could have just offered water bottles in the beginning so we can make it in our room. We asked for bottle water after our third trip down, my opinion would be he should have offered that in the first place.
Also the alarm clock in the room was set for midnight, either set them for a reasonable hour or turn them off. If I were asleep or had a baby that was sleeping, that would have ruined my night.
Breakfast was good, various options but they kept running out and the staff member was working hard to keep up, if they are that busy maybe have a helper to assist her.
