We were not notified that there was going to be a concert held at the hotel and had to wait in line to get into the property as there was one entrance with limited parking. Our room was not cleaned while we stayed there.

Disappointing
Staff was very courteous and friendly.. I dont think it's a 4 star hotel, room condition was quite terrible, bulbs were fused, disposable glasses, no room cleaning, no vault, bathroom was very average, there was a foul smell in the room, no bathroom freshner, however, to my surprise no lunch is available in the hotel, however, must admit staff was very helpful and courteous.

I am a loyal IHG customer and this was the worst facility I have stayed at. Rooms are outdated, my first room smelled of smoke, had to pay a unposted “security parking fee” and $3 for coffee in the lobby, and the area is not safe or clean at all. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A good middle-of-the-road hotel, comfy beds & pillows, air conditioner works efficiently, generally quiet except for occasional noise from rowdy people on the street at night if your window is open. (The neighbourhood is very sketchy at night.) Light Rail train is right across the street, so it was convenient to get around on public transit. The pub/restaurant food downstairs was surprisingly good, and so were a few Asian restaurants right across the street from the hotel, but the hotel restaurant and most of the restaurants across the street were closed on Sunday when we tried to get dinner.

The following was not stated in Expedia site when booking: Parking fee for each night $50 deposit for each day We requested downstairs room and upon arrival they upgraded us to the 8th floor. We had to leave our bikes in their storage facility. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay. Was not advised at time of check in that we needed to call for room service. The manager on the first night was rude and not cooperative. Definitely the first and last time staying at any of these facilities Expedia needs to put the hotels fine prints on their website when booking. Now I have to wait 7-20 days for my deposit but they were quick to take it when we checked in. Not pleasant at all

Noisy doors, no fan mode for HVAC
Every time a door closes to one of the neighboring rooms in the hallway you can hear it loud and clear in your room. This kept me up late at night and early in the morning. The heating and air-conditioning control is programmed so that you cannot leave the fan on all the time. This means that it’s very quiet in the room when the air conditioner goes off, and then suddenly becomes very loud when it comes back on. This also kept me up at night.

Clean room. Plenty of space friendly staff.
Staff was friendly. Room was fresh and clean. Nice day. Only drawback was no free breakfast. Only $18 buffet in the morning seemed a little little pricey.

Great Stay would Book again next time
Check in was Easy and Fast. Breakfast was Good and hot. Can’t believe some hotel guests acted like they didn’t know they charged for Breakfast. Then throw a fit when asked for ticket. Glad to see that Jose was on top of it and did an awesome Job. They had signs inside the Elevator and at the door to breakfast room. I’m sure they state that when you check in.
