Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very spacious, ideal for families. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service; the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

Hotel now charges parking fee!
First off, be aware that this hotel is now charging at least $20 per night for parking in the hotel parking lot. We stayed here at the beginning of July, and there was no fee for parking. When we stayed here again on our way through at the end of July, we were required to register our vehicle and pay a $20 fee to park overnight. This was never in our original reservation. Buyer beware. Rooms were standard Hyatt Place, and there is a Denny's within walking distance. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was bland and very "California" (3 types of milks, overcooked waffles and very little food of substance). The hotel is right next to the PayPal offices, if that's what you're looking for. Overall, we would not stay here again. The bait-and-switch feeling over parking left a bad taste.

Overall it was a good stay. Only downside would be that I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and when I arrived I was told there weren’t any available. So I stayed in a room with 1 king bed and sofa sleeper. Sofa sleeper wasn’t the most comfortable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. When I reported the room ac wasn’t working they quickly moved me to another room without any hassle. Hyatt place is always the first place I look to stay at anywhere I go. Breakfast was good.
