The location of this motel can't be beat. It's right across the street from the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel parking lot is small, there is additional parking in the alley behind the building. The room was clean and the bathroom had been updated. The beds weren't the most comfortable and the curtains filter light but don't completely block it.

Directly across from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and volleyball courts. Staff was friendly. Parking was a little sketchy and office/laundry hours were 9am-10pm, which was a little inconvenient but nothing that would make us not stay there.

Ok for location/clean, but bedding/parking suck
Location is great as it is walking distance to the boardwalk. Old building and parking very limited and tight. Bedding was way too soft with no support. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor so not probably good for people with mobility issues. There was a small frig which was nice. Overall though the room and bathroom were clean.
