Alarm clock going off in the night.
The clock was several hours fast. I didn’t care but then the alarm was set on it to go off at 6 am, so at 4:15 am the alarm started going off, I thought I shut it off once but it went off again 2 minutes later. It was not possible to unplug it and I had to turn the light on to stop it. We were both well awake at that point and it was difficult to go back to sleep. So it was a poor night’s rest. Whoever prepares the room should check these things. I mentioned it when checking out. I would expect some kind of discount but I have not heard anything.

We had two short stays in the same week. During the first, we had to ask for three coffee makers to get one the brewed properly. During the second, the group in the room next door were having loud conversations from 1-2am. The room could use some sound proofing.

Both paid and unpaid wifi is constantly like every 30-60 minutes disconnects on all our devices. The facilities like sink and tub are old and a bit dirty. Rest was fine.

Canceled our second night. Motel is too loud. People above us stopped around until 3am and their neighbor had children that ran back and forth until midnight. No sound proofing. Water pipes sound like they are in your room. Staff is very friendly and did refund our second night.

Felt the authorization for incidents when the room was prepaid of $250 which was more than what I actually paid for the room was the steepest I had paid there across this country as I travel more than 200 days of the year and this was very ridiculous. Other than that my stay was fine, but due to this I wouldn’t choose this place again

For the price and location this hotel was acceptable.... The beds were nice and firm, the linens and towels were laundered well, and the cleaning crew knew their jobs. On the downside there were ants about (not a huge run but....), a light fixture didn't work, and the caulking, trim, etc was definitely neglected.
