Location is actually pretty good
The hotel is ok, the room is way too small even for Tokyo standar, the onsen is a good feature, location is great, price was just right but i probably would spend a bit more to get a room that is a bit bigger. Breakfast ok neighborhood very safe and close to main subway/metro lines and a couple of interest points

Easy to complete check in, facilities need a bit of a renovation. Paper wall was pilling off the wall and carpets in the hallways were a bit dirty. Staff was fabulous, very friendly & helpful.

Location is the best thing about this hotel! Beds were comfy and AC worked very well. My biggest issues were that there is only 1 w/d for the whole 12 story hotel. We had to wait several times and delay doing laundry as the washer was always taken. Also, there are no drawers or shelves to store your clothes. Only the closet was available to hang clothes. The bathroom was bit small but average per Japan standards. Kuramae station was only 5 min walk.
