Hotel near tokyo station
Hotel room was tiny. We got the standard double bed and only had one luggage, and it was very tight since there are no table spaces. If you are travelling with two check-in luggages, this could be a problem. The ochasuke service and snack service was a nice touch, but it can be a hassle if you are eating food from kombini since the hotel does not allow you to eat at their seating area if you have food purchased from outside. They offer luggage service, but the person at the front desk is not very familiar with the forms from Yamato, so you have to make sure that they are filling in the right info. It’s possible that this person at the front desk is new. The reception knows basic english, and will be able to accomodate basic requests. Hotel is conveniently located about 15 min walk to tokyo station and two subway lines. Family mart and 7-11 located downstairs for quick kombini run. We tried their breakfast buffet, and it was just ok. I wouldn’t recommend their breakfast buffet

I definitely will stay in this hotel again.
Awesome location, only 10 -15 mins walk from Tokyo Station. Right next to 2 major Train lines Ginza and Keyio line. So if you have a lot of luggage and from HND or NRT you get off Takaracho Station and use exit A7 which has an elevator from platform 2 or A8 from platform 1. It is a bit further from the hotel but as least you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The station is really really deep. And if you want to do laundry, the hotel has laundry service but if you want to save a little bit of money, I suggest 39 laundry. It is very close about 5-7 mins walk. They have about 6 machines and take IC payments and cash. Their machine can do wash and dry at once. So you don't have to go back and load to different machine. And standard 60 mins (1200yen wash and dry 11kg) should be enough. And it has a restaurant right across the laundry. The breakfast is 2450yen if you didn't include in your package but it is ginza. Just eat out. A lot of places to choose from. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious compared to others in the area, well maintained. And Family Mart is just right at the elevator. During the really hot or cold day, you don't even need to go outside that's definitely a plus. And the staffs are friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. I greatly appreciate their help and services.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and it sure lived up to what he said. Right next to the subway station coming from the airport and close to Tokyo station if busses are needed. The hotel itself is staged with the kindest people and the service was incredible. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon which were delicious and had a large variety to choose from. The rooms were what we expected and were very clean. Looking forward to coming back soon. 10/10

Compared to other properties, this hotel was of a slightly longer walk from Tokyo Station (abt 15mins walk from Yaesu Central exit). BUT it is conveniently sandwiched btw 2 subway stations (Kyobashi Stn on the Ginza line and Takaracho Stn on the Asakusa Line), both with entrances right at the doorstep of the hotel, so it makes getting around so so convenient and quick! It’s also within 20mins walking distance from Ginza shopping area, and has a Family Mart right downstairs with the back door connected to the hotel lift lobby. Room was slightly more spacious than other hotels I’ve stayed at within the area, and they have free flow drinks at the hotel cafe throughout the day and even some chazuke in the evening. All in all, very very happy with the stay and the hotel choice.

Decent hotel. The location is excellent and a short walk away from the station and Ginza line. Breakfast was decent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would be helpful if there was a bit more space to put clothes.

The humidity fire provided by the the hotel is amazing. And given there is an lawson at the lobby, its no problem dealing with jeglet customer like myself.
