Only stayed for 12 hours due to next day flight, however the hotel is clean and good. Few restaurant and supermarket nearby . Love the shuttle bus system, except wish the shuttle bus stop at all Terminals coz I have to take the bus from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 to get on hotel shuttle. They also provide free drinks and bread roll which is handy as we have to leave hotel at 6am.

The hotel is cozy (although on the smaller size) but very conveniently located if you’re landing in HND and need to rest before heading heart of Tokyo area. Breakfast option is convenient (offered at the other JAL hotel building nearby). Overall, great experience!
