We chose this hotel as they provide free shuttle service to Disneyland. Room & toilet is really small and there wasn't any walkable space if we open our luggage. It's very near to Nishikasai Station & around there, there are lots of dinning options & convenient stores.

It was a hotel I should say stay way
It was terrible no house keeping etc, asking people to pay extra for some towels. Expedia is also responsible for not able to highlight their booking properly in customer page. They were not polite enough, like other japanese accommodations. There was a stinky smell in the room, there was mould. The bathroom was just too small, even smaller than many other 2 star or 3 star properties in Japan. I would certainly say stay way from such a hotel.

Just okay......decent for its price
Great location, next to subway and given its Tokyo the price for a room to yourself in a reasonable place, its a decent deal overall. That said, room is ver small, the breakfast is pathetic and the staff are not obliging and can barely speak English at all. Be prepared to manage completely on your own.

コンビニも近く、部屋もきれいで、朝食無料でディズニー行き無料シャトルバスもあり大満足なんですが、1点だけすみません。お風呂のシャワーのお湯が出なくて…。いくらカランを調整しても、真水ではないけど、ぬるま湯にも行かない程度の温度。プールのシャワーだったら気持ちいいくらいですかね？ ユニットに入ってから、出ない出ないとなったので仕方なく、水のシャワーのままお風呂使いました。なので上がった後はエアコンを暖房にして、体温めてから冷房に戻しました。他のサービスが良かっただけに残念です。次はそんなことないよう、お願いします。自分も入る前にお湯の温度確認しようと思いました。コスパはいいので、機会があったらまた来ます！
