Check in time stated 4pm. The hotel was unable to accommodate my family. Our room wasn’t available, and the staff could not give an ETA of the room. They just had us wait in the lobby with all our luggage. No one offered to store our luggage so that we could enjoy our day. We got no straight answer of ETA. Other families were also effected and was waiting in lobby for rooms. We finally got our room a little over an hour of waiting in lobby. The room and facility is the best I’ve seen. It seems they have issues with housekeeping turning the rooms around. They said the manager was gonna contact us for the inconveniences but no one got to us. When we checked out at 4am, no one was even at the front desk, I called the number they had posted and no one answered.

This is my favorite hotel for Disney trips. Great quality, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. I do think charging for parking is a little silly but oh well.

The room was comfortable. Not enough TV channels to choose from, the HVAC didn't seem to work very well and the lighting in the bathroom needs adjustability. It's too bright if using the bathroom late night.

Wonderful Hotel close to Disneyland
The hotel was a great location for Disneyland. The walk was 10-15 minutes. We could have used a shuttle for about $4. We were in a family room which slept 8. The facilities are spotless. There was a nice kitchen between the two bedrooms. The pool is not huge but suitable with lawn chairs around it. The morning breakfast is excellent with many choices.

Although the walking to and from Disney wasn’t too long, it was exhausting following a full day at the parks. The daily breakfast was amazing each day. The pool was awesome for the littles and although not used by us, the gym looked great.
