The property is having renovation work happening . It was extremely hard to sleep in with all the banging etc . We were not notified of this and given no discount . Allot of the hotel was baracaded off. We went for a meal in the first restraunt as u walk in . Waited 12 minutes for them to finally finish off their 5 staff members gossiping . Then seated and again had to wait for our drink order . There was no one else waiting to be served !! Our meals were great and the older gentleman in all black who served them was amazing . But then we waited and waited for another drink order and ended up giving up because no one wanted to serve us . Very very disappointed in the staff and the hotel :( I often stay in Hilton hotels around the world and this one is very unsavoury to all the rest .

The beginning of my stay was not good. But the rest of my time at the Hilton was great. I had come to check in at 1pm, the desk clerk told me it would be a $20 fee to check in before 2pm. I said okay can we leave to go grab lunch while we wait? I showed him the parking ticket from their garage and he said not to worry, that at check in I will get my keycard to use ($39 parking per day) we had been inside for maybe 10 minutes. We leave the garage and it’s requiring payment $12. We returned at 2pm for check in and I show him the now 2 parking tickets and he tells me he doesn’t refund or cancel any parking tickets. This was very confusing based on what he had told me just an hour ago and it would have been nice to know cause I would have just checked in for the $20. Instead of apologizing for any miscommunication between us he was speaking over me and told me there’s signs and I should have read them. I could have easily let this interaction go BUT not even 15 minutes later I get a text from their manager warning that hostile or aggressive behavior is not tolerated and that staff has security devices??? This felt like he went and “told on me” before i could leave a bad review. So on principle I am now taking the time to leave this review. His name was Dean I believe.

The condition of the hotel was pretty bad. The air vents are all coated in dust and dirt. The hallways aren't level or easy to walk on, there are holes in the walls (looked like an open electrical outlet). Our toilet didn't flush, the shower didn't drain. Large cracks in the sink and to top it all off there wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed. They used a top sheet and tucked it in, which came off very easily exposing the mattress cover. I had high hopes considering it is Hilton brand but our stay was disappointing

The lobby and exterior of the property looks great but the hallways and rooms are dated and need to be refreshed. Also, the images of the pool on the website look alot better than the real thing.

Didn’t appreciate workers trying to constantly sell us a vacation package every time we walked through the lobby, almost missed our Uber multiple times. Hotel rooms were dirty like they haven’t been cleaned properly in years. Won’t be staying here again.

Very convenient to the Disney parks at a much lower cost than the Disney owned properties. There is a shuttle ($6.00 a day) that goes to the park entrance. The furnishings in the rooms are tired and worn but clean.

Do not stay here. When checking in we were not told that the entire hotel is under construction. We would have changed hotels. They shut off the water for a day without any forewarning and gave us two bottles of water to wash with. Seriously. Manager was salty and unhelpful. Check in person was salty and unhelpful. Hiltons used to be great hotels but no longer. Never again.

Great Disney location
Amazing location for Disneyland. Tired interiors and rooms. Water was shut off for one night, which really affected our plans negatively. Construction from 7am disturbing waking us.
