The property is having renovation work happening . It was extremely hard to sleep in with all the banging etc . We were not notified of this and given no discount . Allot of the hotel was baracaded off. We went for a meal in the first restraunt as u walk in . Waited 12 minutes for them to finally finish off their 5 staff members gossiping . Then seated and again had to wait for our drink order . There was no one else waiting to be served !! Our meals were great and the older gentleman in all black who served them was amazing . But then we waited and waited for another drink order and ended up giving up because no one wanted to serve us . Very very disappointed in the staff and the hotel :( I often stay in Hilton hotels around the world and this one is very unsavoury to all the rest .

I would warn anyone wanting to spend there money at this Hilton The hotel is under construction and is extremely loud in the lobby. There was also construction that if you want to take a nap after spending time at Disney The hotel room blew a socket in the middle of the night and also had a clogged drain in the bathroom I did bring up both to the front desk to there credit I was offered a new room or a $50 credit ( I took the credit. When checking out I didn’t notice the credit on my bill ( honestly I just wanted to forget the entire experience ) I booked 3 rooms for the trip ( had family on the trip) of the 3 rooms only one didn’t have issues My mom’s room, I had to call twice to get someone to come up and fix the heating unit. I waited 90 mins in between calls both times I was told someone would be right up. When we came back from dinner the heat was fixed but the technician took it upon himself to turn the room into a sauna. Instead of turning the heat on 70 it was on 80 I would not advise anyone to stay here. I won’t be back

The park view room was hardly a park view. The rooms were very mediocre and felt dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom had no fan and the tub had scum at the bottom that would not come off even when I tried cleaning it. I was disappointed because of how much I paid. I thought it would at least be comfortable and clean. Don’t waste your money here.

I like hilton and will continue to come back however we had stains in the first room and it smelled like puke. The second room was much better and smelled amazing.

I expected so much more. The rooms are quite old and dirty in general. Our bathroom vanity had termites with the wood dust all over the floor and mold growing on the mirror frame. I’ve stayed in motels in better conditions. Very disappointing. The only positive is the location and easy parking

Outdated and overpriced parking.

Where can I begin…. Checking in was a little troublesome, after we found check in desk the lady was kind of rude and barely gave information on the property. Hotel seems pretty old and smells kind of bad. We’ve been staying on Anaheim for a while and never heard of over charging for parking until now. Probably never coming back to this one.

I booked a King Bed room and it was a single queen bed. Everything else about the hotel was great but I feel like they’re being dishonest about bed size
