I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta. They were polite. Room was clean. Bed was fine. But I checked out a day early and they were suppossed to email my checkout receipt but I never got it. But I saw they charged me $203 more! And what for? I don’t know. They still haven’t responded to my email. Disappointing. Now I have to take more time to call them and I hate talking on the phone.

This was a great affordable place to stay when visiting Disneyland. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and what a beautiful outdoor area with pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was excellent, but tv in the room did not work the whole time I was there I called the first time and they had maintenance turn it on, as soon as I turn it off , it wouldn’t work again I had to figure out what the problem was I had to move the whole tv stand and unplug it every time I wanted to watch tv, it was a bit fustrating, also parking was $32 parking per day not $28 as it described on line the towels were super old.

Check in was convenient and speedy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. I do have to mention that the hotel had the most comfortable pillows and beds. Overall, I would definitely return. The only issue I had was the ART bus times. This is not the fault of the hotel, but added way more time to our travel to and from Disney.
