Whether you are looking for a quiet, focused place to work or you just want to relax and enjoy the California summer on a quiet residential street, surrounded by fruit trees in your own backyard, this will be your oasis. Boutique stores, supermarkets & restaurants are all within walking distance. Venice Beach is a short drive/bikeride away


The house is a classic California family home. Every room has been carefully decorated with love and attention to detail. The materials are mindfully chosen to create harmony and rest. The energy of the house is perfect for both work and relaxation. Your kids will have all the room they need to play with beautiful toys and books as well as the trampoline, basketball hoop and playing in the yard. The beautiful back garden has lemon, orange and avocado trees...it smells like lavender and orange blossoms...enjoy making a fire in the fire pit or grill on the barbecue underneath the starry sky.
