Cool hotel.
The hotel, while situated in an older building, has been tastefully remodeled to a contemporary standard, offering a refined and pleasant experience. The top-floor restaurant provides exceptional dining with stunning views. It's an ideal location for those visiting UCLA. Good sized room.

We've stayed many times and have always been pleased with the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. However, we had a terrible experience this time. We had two rooms - paid for by the same credit card. Late at night the the front desk called my colleague and told him there was no credit card for the room (despite the fact that the other room had a credit card on file). The agent from the front desk was rude and mean when my colleague (who was asleep) offered to come to the front desk in the morning. The agent threatened to call the police immediately. Overall we had a horrible experience.

Staff were amazing, restaurant great food, service in the hotel was brilliant. Rooms very comfortable, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. The Uber service provided is awesome it helped me so much and saved me money. The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars may not seem big but they would have made a big difference to me. Traveling solo and in a moon boot, I had 2 large cases, 1 small one and bags and would have been great if someone had of helped me load trolley and take to my room. There is traffic noise, after first night I kind of got use to it. I ordered room service first night, this may be normal there but I was surprised with a delivery fee on bill, I would have collected myself, it would be good to have this info on the menu just so we know. I would stay here again

Overall great stay. Received $20 off valet which was nice since is steep at $40 per night. Bed was super comfortable. My only issue was the traffic noise. Hotel is located just off the 405 and the windows could use some soundproofing upgrade because you could hear automobile traffic all night long. I actually double check to make sure the sliding glass door was closed all the way because the noise was pretty obtrusive.

Parking extortion.
This hotel charges $US40 per day to use an otherwise empty carpark. Total extortion racket. No drinking glass in the room. No kettle available in the entire hotel apparently. We asked for real milk instead of powder for coffee in the room and were begrudgingly offered a thimble full. On the upside, close to Getty with free Uber one way, and room otherwise good with good housekeeping.
