Friendly front desk staff. I had no issues checking in. Parking lot felt safe for my vehicle overnight. Quiet property walkable to downtown. Pleasant variety of breakfast foods available in the morning. Room was comfortable. Microwave, coffee maker and small fridge in the room were convenient touches. Bed was comfy and temperature was good even without air conditioning. Room heater is available for cooler evenings. I recommend this place to stay in Monterey.

This place was not worth the money we spent on it. You can hear everything, bed was uncomfy, bedsheets were questionable, and be aware that the parking lot is tight on space.
