The room was very spacious and the staff was very nice. However the walls have no insulation. You can hear every step the upstairs customers make. It sounded like elephants running around upstairs. You can also hear the alarm clocks from the rooms next door and the people speaking on their phones outside our door. The beds were extremely hard and you can feel every spring in the pull out bed making it impossible to sleep on. There is no water pressure and every time the upstairs room flushing the toilet it causes our toilet to bubble up. In addition there was a large spider in the bathroom that scared my son.

Great location and low cost
The hotel is run well and the cost is low and attractive. The contintental breakfast is very light but the coffee is hot and tasty. Four blocks from the beach with easy walking.

Property is right next to a freeway onramp so cars are loud. Door to my hotel was secure but had a huge gap along the whole frame which allowed air and noise inside. Room smelled like weed. Overall i just slept in the room and showered the three days i was there. The rest of my time i was out on the town. Great for a cheap place to just catch some rest. Bed and room were very clean. No serious complaints. Close to a lot of food and the beach.

Nicely renovated facility close to everything in Oceanside. Only negative is the free breakfast was 2 bite muffins, coffee and bananas. No other fruit or beverage Hardly worth listing is the ad.

This was our second stay and we were just as delighted as we were our first. Spacious and well decorated rooms had enough room for all our needs, even light snack prep. Walkable to key sites such as Oceanside Pier and Harbor Village.

The neighbors played loud music, made noise, and talked loudly all night. In the morning, they were disruptive again, which could clearly be heard in the room. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to get any rest here. I would recommend finding a quieter place if you're looking for a peaceful stay.

We liked the location. Place was clean but we did find a few cigarette burn on the comforter. As far as quiet, we were on the street side, it was pretty noisy from traffic and people. Overall it was good, decent price and looked like it was newly remodeled.
