Customer service was great but there was no table in my room and I addressed the smoke alarm beeping and gave time of being away, staff did show up late at night to check. Did not receive the 50$ deposit

Thanks for the previous reviews which made me book this place. I just love this place and for the money spent fur 3 days. This will be one my regular stay place when I am in this area. From web pre-checkin to all the way to checkout was super pleasant. The rooms are spacious & the bathrooms are so clean. The property is conveniently located close to the beach & also the freeway. Staff iare awesome!

This place was horrible! Not a family friendly place! Drugs and prostitution is everywhere! No hot breakfast! We left and went to Hampton Inn received a discount and we had no issues! Hot breakfast was awesome!

The motel was fine. It was cheap so you get what you pay for. The staff was nice. The room I reserved was supposed to be ocean view but my window overlooked a back parking lot. I also find it weird that the sink was in the bedroom next to the bed and not in the bathroom. The room was clean and sheets were clean so it wasn't a bad stay

Our stay was ok nothing great bout it” staff was not friendly at all no greets nor smiles middle eastern folks you know ”? We called and ordered extra towels but never received any nor a reply ? Also it can a get bit noisy in the morning specially jacuzzis are loud and the pipes also with a stir of pipeline echoes !! lastly the bed is not soft at all so if your looking for a double top seally soft mattress not here” but it’s a real quiet one so if your gonna go to boogie town it’s perfect but you have take it easy or you will end up sliding around the room cuz it’s not attached to the wall so you’ll have to be real gentle or bed will slide all over the room the bed was just sliding and sliding and sliding !! lol the jacuzzi was nice and place was spic n span tho! Overall 3 outta five stars…… Hope this helps !!

The room was very spacious and the staff was very nice. However the walls have no insulation. You can hear every step the upstairs customers make. It sounded like elephants running around upstairs. You can also hear the alarm clocks from the rooms next door and the people speaking on their phones outside our door. The beds were extremely hard and you can feel every spring in the pull out bed making it impossible to sleep on. There is no water pressure and every time the upstairs room flushing the toilet it causes our toilet to bubble up. In addition there was a large spider in the bathroom that scared my son.
