Location was excellent being right in the centre of town. Charming old building originally built in 1935. Maintenance and cleanliness was amazing. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Exudes old world charm will definitely stay there on my next visit to Palm Springs.

I did my homework before I chose the Andreas Hotel and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful architecture, outdoor sitting areas with fireplaces, wonderful pool and I loved my Jr. Suite so much I'm going back next week.

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Itā€™s been around since 1930 so no elevator! Rooms are clean and comfortable but could use a little updating. The grounds are very well kept and you will love relaxing by the pool.

Nice staff. When we first came in, the staff kinda tour us around but itā€™s a very small building. Nice room set-up. They give complimentary champagne for couple but only 4-6pm. Breakfast: You can grab it until 10:30am at the front desk. And they have the goodie bag for you lol. Not a fan. They serve bagel, orange, bars, yogurt. Coffees are in the lobby/kitchen. itā€™s a 3-star hotel and it is very average. Although they make you feel at home with the beddings with a welcome card. (i thought it was cute) King bed room: with spa tub. it works well but you can see some staining & needs some work. Bedding feels comfyā€¦ But their towels feels rough. The AC works good besides baby roaches in the bathroom and iā€™m really terrified with roaches and it makes me itch. but yeah, there were baby roaches, the building needs some cleaning here to kill those bugs. Location: Very close to casinos, mall, restaurants and everything! Staffs need to remind guests how to open the door outside and bring their card key. A guest that me and partner saw was this guy been standing outside forever waiting for the front desk to come out to open the door for him and it was late night (poor guy, he said he didnā€™t know and see about the keycard to enter). During late night make sure your keycard works since front desk is not always there if you need someone to open the door for you or else youā€™ll be stuck outside the hotel. Overall, itā€™s very average for 3-star hotel, so you know what to expect.

Convenient location right downtown. Property is awesome. Clean, fresh, well appointed. Good coffee, complimentary champagne. They also have a self serve Candy Bar in the Cafe area. 24 hour pool was spotless and well maintained. AC worked like a charm, which was appreciated as it was 111Ā° outside when I arrived.
