Misleading website
The hotel was fine but the website was completely misleading. It stated that one amenity was a free airport shuttle but that was not the case. There was no shuttle so we had to take a taxi back and forth. This cost us additional $40 as well as additional time. Hotels.com should cover that cost since they misled us.

Room had paint peeling from the ceiling. The comforter had dark stains that looked like blood when we checked in. We were charged a fee for "dirty towels" when we just showered and slept there 1 night. Such a scam. When we checked in there was a couple who looked to be on drugs arguing in one of the rooms and slamming doors.

Jesse at the front desk checked us in. We went to our room, it was late and after travelling all day we were exhausted. In bed sleeping, we hear Jess’s voice from front desk, fumbling with a key in our lock and then OPEN OUR ROOM DOOR! I yelled, she left and then called 20 min later, apparently she gave us wrong room!!!! She said it was “ok, we didn’t have to move” (like we would in the middle of the night)

I stayed here one night with my best friend but really wish I hadn’t. To start off when checking in the girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. We were given a room on the first floor I can’t complain of the cleanliness of the room but you can hear everything through the walls. There was too much noise coming from everywhere around. To top it off at 2:30 a.m. we heard someone knock on our door 4 times and when we asked who it was no one answered. I called the front desk to let them know smarty was happening they said the saw nothing on the cameras and then proceeded to tell me that it might be a ghost. There’s better hotels around this same area.
