The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, as did the evening meal, unfortunately some of the foods in the bay marie were cold. The room was clean and beds comfortable but the bathroom sink wasnt the cleanest and a non slip rubber mat for the shower was black around the edges and should of been binned long ago. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

We had a problem with our booking due to website problems when making our booking, we contacted hotels.com straight away which they contacted the hotel and they wouldn’t work with hotels.com at all, I reached out to them and it nice words they told me to go away they don’t want to know, we wasn’t asking for refund or anything from them, we actually wanted to fix the dates and extend our stay. Management was so rude. Hotels.com was a little hard to deal with at first then finally got a lovely lady which ended up refunding our stay at the cost of hotels.com not at the cost of the hotel. We will never book with this hotel again.

I had to wait for 45 minutes to checkin, the room assigned to me was not cleaned thoroughly. I found urine in the toilet. The room is not cleaned everyday. 4 star rating for this hotel is misleading it should be downgraded to 2.5 star.

Before arriving at the hotel, we received an email providing option for faster check in through QR code. When we arrived, we checked in using the QR code option and were directed to reach out to the hotel staffs for further assistance. We reached out for further assistance to the staff and was met with unfriendly response and got told that we should’ve gone to them directly. Further, the room we got was different with the picture in Expedia. The room was damp, musty, and smells of mould. Not sure if the ionizer in the room helped with the extra humidity. The window leading to the lobby view was very dirty. The amenities in the bathroom is also lacking. Two in one soap for hair and body. No body lotion provided as well. The only upside was that the hotel is located in quite a busy location.

Great location and service.
Great location. Decent and varied breakfast. Helpful and welcoming staff and check-in and check-out. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room which was greatly appreciated. Is this a new and modern hotel? No, so but the hotel has other positive qualities - the breakfast was very good and the room itself was a very decent size for Singapore. We booked the club option and enjoyed some food and a couple of drinks. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to returning.

Our 1st room was terrible. Toilet seat broken, somebodies half bottle of water still in fridge, air con not working properly, room hot and stuffy. Although they changed our room, which had a better view, the air con could not cool the room. By the second night, we had enough and tried to ring reception 10 times with no answer. Had to go to reception to get someone to look at a/c, they did and he said it needs servicing. We asked for a fan so we could sleep cause we where flying out in the morning. Better but still inconvenient.

A lovely hotel, we booked an executive room with a beautiful big free standing bath, a massive king size bed, full kitchen and living room, we arrived by cruise ship into Singapore so arrived at hotel just before 10 am and was delighted when I was told our room was ready for us to check into, other people from the the same cruise who had booked standard rooms had to wait till 2 pm to check into. Sometimes it pays to pay a bit more and get a better room. Shopping centre across the road and is actually linked to the hotel with a pedestrian overpass, MRT station within minutes walk, nice pool with sun loungers.

This is a great hotel for a one or two night stop over-we loved the interconnection of the rooms with our young adult children-worked really well. Breakfast was very diverse and good. Rooms fine and functional. Great location in Chinatown with easy access to transport links/etc and walkable to Marina bay . Only downside-the toilets in the hotel lobby we’re disgusting-worst we experienced in our entire stay in Singapore and we used many of the clean public toilets-this let the hotel down as everything else including the concierge was very good and efficient.

Very courteous staff. Nice spacious rooms with plenty of amenities including toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Pool and deck clean with sun shade, and food can be ordered to the pool side from the restaurant, which puts on lovely food either a buffet or a la carte. Shopping centres and Chinatown on the doorstep with MRT. Accessible via footbridges from the hotel lobby. Overall a very pleasant stay.
