The staff overall was great. The person who checked us in was very helpful, drawing a bank. She got off work at 2 m. Pentaly, Costotine? She went to VTA HS. The two breakfast folks were very frindly and helpful. Only negative, 4 pm checkin is too late. Mike

No microwave in the room. The coffee maker brewed Luke warm coffee. Remodel construction in front office caused management to shorten the time for serving breakfast. I was unaware and missed the serving time.

Great staff! Front desk staff are awesome! Very accommodating and very friendly. Nice park across the street walk your dog (watch for traffic, no crosswalk) but very pretty and shaded with a nice playground for the kiddos. Breakfast was the same for both nights we were there (eggs, sausage, beans, waffles and normal continental breakfast) 7am-10am. ONLY ISSUE, we had was there’s a fridge in the room but no microwave. We traveled with a baby so warming up bottles and food in the room was an issue. There’s one microwave in the lobby by the breakfast area that’s 24/7. But walking through the parking lot to the lobby at 3am in jammies sucks. But overall 6.5/10 (docked 2.5 points for microwave)

Very comfortable short stay at the hotel. Had requested a slightly late checkout which was granted with no fuss. Hotel rooms appear to be recently renovated and the free breakfast was quite adequate. Hotel is within walking distance to the main downtown strip for easy lunch/dinner as well as within walking distance of the Ventura pier and promenade. Would definitely recommend.

I arrived 3 hours before check in. I asked the fellow at front desk if it was possible to check in now. Without hesitation he said maids will get the room clean. I said no hurry I’ll grab a bite to eat. While at the restaurant I get a call saying my room is ready.And it was. It was spotless! Breakfast was good. Nice walk along the beach. If I’m ever in Ventura again I will certainly use this hotel.

Very clean, quiet. Nice beds, very comfortable. Liked having a mini fridge, coffee & variety of coffee or tea options. Rooms were very spacious enough to fit a wheelchair & a walker for my elderly folks. I would stay at your hotel again. Thank you!
