The low price, walking distance and waffle breakfast are the selling feature. The room upgrades are “landlord specials.” Thick paint covers everything, doors look like they were cut to size with a hacksaw, pool and hot tub are dirty. They’ll only clean your room if you ask the front desk.

Overall good gets the job done
Overall our stay was good. The main things missing was breakfast choices. Should offer proteins like eggs and sausage. The 2 queen beds did not look or feel like queens they were more like full beds size.

Close to Disneyland, but can hear everything going on in the rooms above and next door. Main door to the room had a large gap that let bugs and more noise in. Limited options on the breakfast.

The carpets can use a DEEP cleaning. I took off my shoes and within 2 mins a feet was black and my family feet was black and dirty from all the previous ppl that stayed in that room before me. MUCH NEEDED CLEANING.

If you're looking for a moderately clean, sound, and decent place to lay your head then this property fits the criteria. The rooms have carpet, i did walk around barefoot and my feet DID NOT turn black so that is a plus. The room itself while an older hotel was clean with a few minor cosmetic issues. The only "dirty" area my wife and i found was the bathroom had some old spider webs and a dead spider. But no living insects of any kind other than a random flying insect that made its way in from outside. My family recieved NO random bug bites which is also a plus and a good sign. The TV was a little clunky to control but that is a minor issue of no importance. The beds would be a medium firmness, sitting atop of a metal bed frame that was more quiet than i thought it would be. Room service here is on a request only basis and is not provided unless requested. Which is fine, we had room service come and they did a great job, however still missed the spider webs. The breakfast is a basic one as expected, a continental breakfast thst included fruit, cereals, self made waffles, bagels, bread, and juice. All fine for a quick grab to go meal. My family and I unfortunately did not get to use the pool. They close the pool at 8pm which is definitely earlier than other hotel standards in the area which was definitely a disappointment. Pool area did appear to be clean. If you walk to the park, expect 20 to 30 minutes to downtown disney at a brisk pace. Would stay here again.

Reasonably priced, clean & well presented with free parking. Check in/check out was easy & pleasant. Room was tidy & comfortable with all the usual amenities. My room was luckily on the opposite side of the hotel to the freeway so it was very quiet. Breakfast room was small, but good food options available & the fresh fruit was nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay, I’ll definitely be back.
