A beautiful historical building! Our room was on the 4th floor and had modern appointments but the bathroom definitely needs updating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great stay.

The staff at The Mansion on Delaware are incredible. The outside and entryway of the mansion are incredible. The room we stayed in? Not so much. Outside from the room being outdated and clearly rundown, the bed felt like a rollout mattress with springs and no cushion. It was incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. It put a damper on our stay, because while I understand the allure of staying at a historical landmark, there’s no reason for the rooms to be outdated. Splurge on better mattresses and I could overlook the peeling of wallpaper and paint. The rooms should exude the same beauty as the sitting and billiard rooms.

The property has been wonderfully maintained. The staff were amazing, especially Ki who very creatively concocted a solution to the vent blowing hard at us when in bed. BONUS points. Also a bonus is the hand made breakfast. We would highly recommend the Mansion.

Beautiful from the outside, but badly in need of updates on the inside. Several marks on the wall, wallpaper peeling and carpet was stained. Gave the impression of not being very clean. That being said, the staff were wonderful and super helpful so made me feel at home.

The staff was off the chart. We got lost and Danny stayed on the phone with me over 30 minutes. He went up and over to help us which was no easy task. I can thank him enough.

Mansion was nice, rooms are a little outdated but clean. Pros-free drink nightly. Whirlpool tub, breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly. Cons- bed and pillows uncomfortable. Would be nice if there was a mini fridge in the room.

This was a fantastic stay. The hotel is an old mansion in downtown Buffalo. The location was convenient, the staff were wonderful, breakfast was great. Could not be more satisfied.
