This tranquil, turn-key vacation home features a stunning heated gunite swimming pool, central A/C, ultra 4K Smart TVs, modern furnishings, and lush, professionally landscaped grounds. The kitchen and baths were beautifully remodeled recently in a mid-century modern style. Features include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, all with designer quality craftsmanship and finishes. The property is set on a gorgeous, tucked away, quiet cul de sac and is literally a 5-minute walk to the center of the village with all of its restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, parks with playgrounds, tennis, etc. Lastly, this idyllic retreat is only a 10-minute bike ride to the ocean!

Please note that there is no tax on rentals of 30 days or more. We provide significant monthly discounts for rentals of 28 days or more and the cost of utilities, care of the grounds/pool is additional. Interim cleanings are required and the cost is additional as well.
