Beds were not properly made and clean, there was no breakfast area as advertised on website, just a grab and go back consisting of 1 orange, a granola bar, and a muffins, none of which were edible because they were old and stale. Only good thing about the stay is the proximity to the airport.

This hotel was $242. I chose it because it said amenities included free parking and breakfast. When my husband looked yesterday without being logged in to hotels.com it showed $142.00. Breakfast was a Grab & Go which you were not allowed to eat in the lounge. It consisted of a coffee cake, protein bar, and an apple, and a bottle of apple juice. My kiddo did not want anything in the bag. Okay place to sleep but not worth the price I paid.

It was so convenient staying here, the staff was absolutely incredible. I arrived Midnight and the staff were still friendly and helpful, I was traveling for 2 days, so a clean bed and towels was so welcome. They are doing a fantastic job. You get a grab and go breakfast in the morning. And the shuttle is a life saver. Definitely book here if you need somewhere to rest for a night or two.

I was happy to find a reservation last minute, they sent a shuttle to the airport for me, check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable, they sent me back to the airport in the shuttle. Overall a great experience.

Room was very expensive and underground with a window. The noise of the planes was like they were in the room. The AC was very noisy too. Noise from people talking outside the hotel as well. It was quiet from midnight to 5am. Didn’t feel comfortable at all in the room. I asked the night front desk person to book me a cab. Didn’t hear back. He didn’t do it. I asked the morning front desk person and she was amazingly helpful, got me a cab in no time. The take-out breakfast bag was nice because I had no time to stay at the hotel and no desire too.
