I was really excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Seneca, BUT as soon as you enter the hotel strong disgusting smell of smoke. When I went to check in the receptionist was so rude, I was trying to ask about late checkout as I called the hotel 2 days prior and whoever I spoke with told me just to ask them at the front desk but she replied " I'm not authorized to do late checkout. Can I have your credit card for deposit? So then I asked her about parking for electric ⚡ vehicles.. she replied there was some available but would have to talk to the valley people to confirm where it was. So I walked outside to talk to them and they advised me" we do not have any electric chargers! That was the 2nd wrong information via front desk. Then we went for dinner , but when we came back as we entered our room, there was a very disgusting smoke smell in our room. We specifically asked for non-smoking room when I called down to front desk. After 5-minute delayed they switched our rooms. Overall this was very disappointing. Just from all the misinformation and the rudeness of the staff I did not feel like this was any resort. It felt like a motel service at a high pay cost for the night. I wouldn't ever visit /stay here again. Casino was okay.. Didn't try any restaurants on site .
