The rooms are very spacious for NYC! The daily free breakfast buffet is delicious, convenient, and helps save on your food budget. The area is quiet. There's a subway line a block away that'll get you into Manhattan in 15 minutes.

I have stayed at this property several times. The desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. When visiting in Queens I will always stay here.

On the positive side the hotel was quiet, very clean, and conveniently situated next to a subway station and only 20 minutes from Central Park. The desk staff were polite and helpful. However, there were some significant negatives: (1) Our bathroom door was incorrectly hung and wouldn't close the last 4 inches. A little embarrassing when you have four adults (albeit family) sharing the room! I had to mention this problem twice to staff before it was actioned. No offer of an alternative room but perhaps there were none available. No lock on the bathroom door either, not that that was a major concern. (2) No safe in the bedroom. (3) The zip on one of our pillows was slightly exposed and sharp, which I only discovered when I sliced open my elbow and bled on the sheets. (4) The Air Con unit was on ground level right next to our bed, and sounded like an plane taking off every time it switched on. (5) Breakfast room too small and very busy. Food quality was okay, choice not great. Breakfast finished at 9am which is quite early if you've had a late night or not slept well. Despite all this, we had a lovely time in New York and were only staying for 2 nights. The hotel is okay but just not up to the standard I would expect from the Hilton brand, especially when you are paying $350 per night! The staff were apologetic on our departure and kindly let us leave our luggage with them for 2 hours after check-out.

An excellent option for those who want to stay close to Manhattan without breaking the bank. I found my stay in the hotel quite pleasant, room was big enough for two people, comfortable bed, nice small living room and kitchen, bathtub could be bigger but I’m not complaining. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was OK. It’s located near a train station and the area is quiet, not much happening around.
