シンプルなことですが、1番感動したのは、寝る前に部屋に戻ると、ベッドのそばに水とコップ、そしてスリッパとその下に清潔な敷物が敷かれていたことです。部屋も細部まで行き届いた掃除がされ、朝食待ちの行列が長いけれど、清潔でバリエーション豊かな食事が準備されていました。また帰ってきます。

The hotel is located near Marina Square and Suntec City so the location is perfect for us. The room is very clean and has been maintained well. Restaurant can be very busy during breakfast time and I can see that the staff works relentlessly and professionally to keep things in order. What we enjoyed the most was the hospitality of the staff members - everyone was so professional, friendly and helpful. I feel that there is a personal touch in what they do and we really appreciate it. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

For the price I paid, I cannot recommend this hotel less. I paid the same as what I would pay for any other hotels in the area and I would pick any of those over this. For $500 per night you expect something mid-high class, but this was far from it. The advert was misleading, it had the actual room in the photos first, and then the room I was expecting in the second pic. The second pic was the same pic as the “premium room” when I booked the “deluxe room”. I messaged the hotel a few days in advance because I wanted some flowers delivered to the hotel and to be in the room when we arrived (this was a birthday surprise for my partner) as well as some birthday decorations. Neither of these were present. I had to call the hotel from the room after me and my partner had already arrived which made for an extremely awkward experience for them to show up 15 mins later to deliver the goods after we had already inspected the room and been disappointed by the quality vs amount paid. If you have the chance, I would say book a much cheaper hotel (1/2 the price or less) for the same experience. I would recommend Capri by Fraser in Chinatown, half the price for a much better experience. Overall very disappointed in this stay. If it was $100-150 per night it would be fine, but I wouldn’t come back if it cost any more than that

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel, a little dated but very well appointed, great location and service. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We really enjoyed the pool too. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel
The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the MRT (Promenade station) and close to the malls (Suntec, Millenia). The Korean staff were impressive and friendly. Special thanks to Sunmi and her colleague(roomie). I would like to visit Conrad again if I revisit Singapore.

This is a hotel you can really stay at. Facilities are excellent as are staff too. We felt very welcomed. Rooms were serviced twice a day and staff were polite and helpful. Lobby staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Amenities were great with a nice pool and poolside service. Breakfast was buffet style and again excellent. Dining at other times was quite expensive though and whilst our burger meal was excellent our evening meal was a little disappointing. The hotel location is probably one of the best in Singapore for access to wherever, walking, using taxis or the amazing underground train service. Would recommend tis hotel for a Singapore break!

Really well located hotel with a tram service and shopping mall 2/3 mins walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Check in an out super easy and quick. Breakfast caters for all tastes so something for everyone. I’d definitely stay here again. Only negative is there wasn’t a bidet or bidet shower in the bathroom.
