Absolutely loved the hotel, staff and pricing. Wasn't the biggest fan of the area but that's nothing to do with the hotel. I'll be recommending it to my friends.

Probably the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed in . The beds are very short, I’m 5 ft 10in and my feet hung over the bottom, they are also extremely hard with a mattress just resting on a solid board with no springs! It’s also incredibly noisy with very little sound proofing, not from external noise but internally. It’s a shame because the staff were extremely nice. I stayed at an 81 hotel on the way out which was considerably better.

The staff was not helpful over the phone. I was charged for staying there when my wife and I were actually staying at anoher hotel during our honemoon. They never contacted me to confirm my booking or reservation. When Orbitz contacted them to ask for the charge to be removed they were also not helpful. They seem to be less concerned for the customers. Good customer service and satisfaction are always very important for a successful business.

Rooms Are small, convenient if only transiting for a night or two. Mattress is pretty hard. Plenty Local restaurants near by for a quick cheap meal. Mainly Asian dishes. Staff friendly and assisted in booking cabs.

Room doesn’t look clean like what the pictures shows. Everything in this building is outdated old and broken. I really don’t know if the price fits the bill. They say Singapore was one of a beautiful cleanest country in the world but if there law can fine you for spitting gum on the ground then they should fine these hotel for not keeping up to their standard.

It is a bit out of the main area but with Googles help we found it easy to catch local bus & trains to get to the gardens and universal. Room is small but we only used the room to shower and sleep. Price was great so we were happy.

This hotel wss one of the worst i have ever visited. Dirty sheets, dirty walls, damp odor throughout the room. It should not be listed as a suitable place to stay while in Singapore.

The place is clean although small It is very near the bus stop and walkable to MRT station. Lots of food stalls and small groceries around. The staff are very professional and helpful.
