Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven and range, microwave and dishwasher. Included are a coffee maker with bean grinder, a toaster, and toaster oven. Kick back on the twin loveseats in the living room and enjoy any of your personal streaming services from the flat screen smart TV. The living room has a window unit AC and a ceiling fan to keep the air cool and moving throughout the unit.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen smart TV. The primary bedroom has a window unit AC and each room has a ceiling fan to allow for increased air flow. Additional fans are supplied in the unit to provide extra comfort.

The unit has a free-to-use washer and dryer located in one of the bathrooms.

As a guest of Alii Lani Townhomes, you'll have access to their two communal pools and hot tubs. The unit is located right on Alii Drive, which stretches along the Kona coastline and is home to many of Kona's best beaches for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. Only 2 miles outside of downtown Kona, you're only a short drive or moderate walk from shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and a cooler are provided.

Unit has one assigned parking spot, please keep this in mind when renting a vehicle for your stay. Per the condo complex rules, all bookings must be for a minimum of 31 days.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including wifi, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags.
