I booked this accommodation last minute and was pleasantly surprised that it was clean and well priced. The staff were very nice, too. They are only a block away from Freemont Street (the 'old Vegas strip') which is a nice place to explore!

Nice, but bug's..
Was recently remodeled, nice rooms, fun mini golf area & bar. (We had to experince 3 roaches roaming our room & earwigs in the shower- I get remodels & temp changes cause bugs, but GROSS!) No fridge or microwave (would have been a plus!) Parking was across street & 1 night we had no where to park, due to it also being a paid lot for non hotel guests. The pool was also across street & small, didnt use. Would stay again if roaches weren't an issue. Close to freemont street (5 min walk).

This is an updated but still dated property. The staff was amazing and the location on the east side of Fremont st was amazing. This was a great example of “you get what you pay for”. We knew it was going to be cheap. It was the third least expensive property in all of Vegas! That being said the location was awesome the room was adequate and generally clean. The only feedback we had was the musty smoky smell. The hallways and the room had a general smell of ole’ smoke and mildew. Not enough to cause real issues but enough that you noticed it every time you got back to your room. We would stay here again.

Interesting and unique. Restored downtown historic hotel. That was fun! And unique. Putt-Putt in the middle where the pool used to be was fantastic. The location is simply perfect within a few steps of Fremont Street experience.

Great location, clean room, professional staff. If you go to this spot and expect a quiet night, this isn’t that place, but you’d be a fool to stay at a place on Fremont Street and think it would be a calm quiet evening

Very basic, small room, no fridge which was fine. Staff was nice and the area was ok, the only issue we had was sound level in the room. We could hear every single footstep and movement in the room directly above us! Seems like there is little to no insulation/buffer material between the two floors, it was pretty loud and made falling asleep difficult.

The staff is quirky but helpful and committed to making you comfortable. The property is dated (not just because it's MCM) and while its clear they are working on it, there were things that could have been done. IE weird odor in the room(replace filters-though they said this had been done so perhaps the whole system needs cleaning), worn furnishings that should have just been removed( better not to have it). Lighting, however, was excellent, and the location was convenient and secure. I was not a fan of the check in process and not just because I'm over a certain age. It was not intuitive and seemed somewhat redundant-luckily the bartender/attendant is there to keep it smooth. It was almost like they are trying to train you to do the work for them though so that's a little weird. Overall I'd stay there again -but I don't think my husband would.

Staff very rude all the time that I needed, as if we were asking for a favor. There is no microwave or oven, what is absurd. I had to heat my food with a hair dryer!! Plus, they offer freebies in exchange for good reviews, don't fall for it!

Just okay.
The place still feels like it was built in the 1950s. Its very obvious that most things are just painted over on the walls. There was no thermostat in the room, just a fan switch on the wall which did a good job and cooling the room but I don't know how well it would work out in the summer; or how they would get heat in the winter. Luckily the weather was great during my stay. The comfort of the bed wasn't good and the sheets and pillow cases seemed to have old stains. As a solo traveler I can deal with these issuses but I would not reccomend for a family.

So, this "boutique hotel" is kinda strange and kitschy. The weird indoor/outdoor mini golf course was odd, and the lobby smells really funky, like moldy/mildewy. The location of this place is pretty great due to Fremont Street being literally just a few steps away. Yes it's in a sketchy neighborhood, yes there are a few homeless people around, but not more than you see on the Strip. The room was clean, the a/c worked. For the price we got it was a good deal. If you're looking for a resort style stay, stay at a resort.

This is a very basic motel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had fresh paint and flooring. The bathroom tile needs an upgrade. The place was sold out and a bit noisy. It's walkable to Fremont Street in a run down neighborhood, but it did not feel unsafe. The staff were fantastic and really made a difference.

We like this hotel when visiting DT Vegas, due to price and location. Overall friendly/helpful staff, mostly clean facilities, some rooms have odd smells and you’ll often see homeless folk around the building but that’s common for the area. Cute, chill boutique hotel.
