Beautiful and quiet property. Checkin-in staff was very nice and helpful. Area around was very nice with shops and restaurants, been nicer if more shops were open. Rooms good sized with large bathrooms and walk-in shower. Self parking wasn't the closest nut no charge for it. Only knock was room was a bit warmer than we liked and couldn't get it cooler.

The property is very run down and dated. The shops nearby are vacant. I received the worst facial ever at the Spa Ravella. I wish we would've stayed at the Westin instead. Very disappointed. The staff was friendly.

The hotel needs alot of upgrade. The plumbing was no good, toilet and tube was flooded. The central air was not working. It was very hot there. The hotel had a bad order.

This was our first experience staying here for an annual friends staycation. We actually really enjoyed our stay! The pool isn’t huge, but was clean, had fresh clean towels, and the bartenders kept up with our drink orders. We loved the walk ability to restaurants in the village. I absolutely loved the little restaurant in the hotel since you had gluten free hamburger buns!!!! Our bartender/waitress was so sweet and ensured my food allergies were adhered to by the kitchen. We definitely will return.

For a Friday there wasnt very much to do everything was closed, bad sewer smell through out the lobby area Beautiful scenery, staff very friendly!

A very nice place to stay away from the Vegas strip, but close enough to drive there. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. My daughter loved the spa services & food was also great. Thank you.

The entire property (indoors) smells of sulphur or rotten eggs. The staff said the lake smelled but outdoors there was zero smell. Hard to enjoy ANY hotel that smells so bad. Also ZERO late night snacks or food on property. Feels like a dying hotel in an unpopular area.

Never again!
The absolute worst bed I have ever slept in with the flattest most uncomfortable pillows! Food service at the bar took almost an hour for 2 of us with maybe 2 other tables dining. Toiletries were caulked to the shower wall and falling off, hotel was very dated and the lobby had an awful sewage smell.
